As it is almost impossible to predict the cost of a kitchen or joinery project without a visit from one of our specialist designers we always insist upon a professionally prepared quotation. Preparing this quotation requires our designer’s time and expertise so a small fee of $275.00 will be charged. This fee is fully refundable at the end of the project if the client accepted our quotation and proceeded with the specified work.
Note: We will travel almost anywhere and we have done customised work as far afield as Sydney, Newcastle, Wodonga, Nowra, Bateman’s Bay, Narooma, Jindabyne and Kangaroo Valley ! |

Design & Quotations:
$275 Refundable @ time of final invoice
Quotes:
Unless specified otherwise, all quotations are valid for thirty (30) days
Acceptance of Quotation: $550.00 (On payment client will receive Acceptance letter & Tax Invoice - this deposit is non-refundable)
Progress Payments:
The payment schedule once final site measure is complete is as follows:
- 30% on signing of Final plans & inclusions list.
- 30% on Commencement on site.

Balance when complete (Excluding integrated Dishwasher, Integrated Fridge, Glass splashbacks)
Note: Ordering time for glass splashbacks is approx 3-4 weeks & flooring needs to be completed before installation of integrated dishwashers & fridges - Due to lead times these will be invoiced when installed.
Other Charges: On site building works may be required during the kitchen removal~installation process. Some repairs [ie gyprock to walls, ceiling or flooring repairs] may be required. These are unseen before removal of an old kitchen. Labour costs will be charged at $90.00 (+GST) per hour + materials, to be charged on final invoice. We will advise and estimate costs at this time.
